Many individuals consider an increase in criminal activities to be among the principal dangers that people might face in a revolutionized community. This essay will first suggest, the biggest problem causing this phenomenon is lack of mental education and financial problems, and then argue that government funded specialized education and employment assistance are the most viable solutions.
The foremost reasons why crimes are happening are the scarcity of moral education and financial issues. As people begin to lose their moral purposes why they are living in life, they try to violate the laws. Criminals would be driven to state that they no more care about others’ properties, rights and beliefs. In Chicago, more than 3000 people wandering around to commit a crime. Furthermore, millions of people all over the world have to be criminal only because they don’t have enough money and goods to survive. The studies of criminal acts researchers show that 67% of violation of rules occur when people lack finances to survive.
Possible solutions to these problems would be to give them free government education about morality and help past criminals to find new occupations. If each incarcerated person has a chance to be employed they will be less likely to recidivate the crime behavior. Additionally, human rights, such as life, education, and freedom, can be taught to the individuals by the government for free who are in need of education. In Uzbekistan, our president freed the criminals from prisons, and helped them to get moral education and assisted them to find a new job. As a result, the crime rate decreased drastically from 34% to 23%.
In conclusion, the lack of specialized education and the struggles with money will ultimately lead to a surge of crime rates in modernized countries, but possible solutions could be to teach them moral rights and manage the employment rates of past criminals.
