The issue of health responsibility has been widely debated among people whether governments or each person ought to take care of it. There are several individuals who consider to maintain their healthy lifestyle by themselves, whereas other people are of the opinion that governments are obliged to be in charge of people’s health. Although governments are supposed to expand opportunities to the treatment with seriousness, the obligation for being in good health definitely has to be rested on individuals.

Those who support the governments’ intervention in food consumption in educational establishments claim that it can help to keep fit and be healthy even from the early age of students. For instance, plenty of schools in Kazakhstan are enforcing variety of healthy meal including vegetables and organic juice, which are aimed at reducing obesity and disability not only among children but also teachers as well. This indicates that a huge number of consumption of sugar and flour products are significantly declining and satiating pupils with superb eating habits.

On the other hand, there are numerous opportunities of maintenance a healthy lifestyle, particularly such as jogging tracks in parks and medical check up for people of all ages. However, the vast majority of population suppose not to do any exercises, referring to hectic schedules after what they are physically exhausted. This delineates a small number of engaged people in keeping healthy lifestyle.

In conclusion, people can take control of their own lives and make decisions in order to stay healthy, while governments help them maintaining general healthy state in public places. Standing back and allowing people to become more self-reliant will not only have more long-lasting effects but will also empower individuals in various other areas of their life to be more responsible.
