In other words, when they need money, they start working regardless of their interests. For example, most people working in construction work do not like their jobs because it is very hard and demanding. They just want to provide for their families. Secondly, in our contemporary society, people lack awareness. They do not learn about new job opportunities or keep themselves up to date. Staying in the same job throughout life is not an option today because most jobs are changing due to advancements in technology. If they learn about the latest job opportunities, they can always change their careers.
Furthermore, this type of situation may lead to numerous undesirable consequences. To begin with, constant job dissatisfaction can lead to stress and depression. If people consistently work in roles they dislike or don’t excel at, they may feel overwhelmed and anxious. This could cause significant mental stress on a daily basis. Moreover, their productivity decreases. When individuals lack enthusiasm for their jobs, their motivation suffers. They may complete tasks out of obligation rather than a desire to contribute. They are less likely to work on self-improvement and go beyond their assigned duties.
