Band 5+: many people like eating unhealthy food even though they know it is bad for their health .why is this? what can be done to improve people's eating habits .

It is true that a large number of people take few foods which is dangerous for health. While they know the side effect of having unhealthy food. However, some possible steps can solve this controversial issue. In the following paragraph, I will delve with some relevant instances for sort out the problem.

On the one hand, there are many reasons why numerous people consume unhealthy food even they know the bad consequences. First and foremost, when people go to do their job, fast food is more convenient food and it is very time-saving. Because, employer do not have enough time to cook and getting a tiffin box with them is very hard. At the threshold point, the taste of fast food is used to for few individuals. Also, their parents do not aware them the consequences of eating unhealthy food. Furthermore, the use of access oil and sugars in food which applied by local restaurant. That kind of thing takes part in various disease. Such as diabetele, High blood pressure, Cancer.

On the other hand, many possible steps can be taken for sort out the problem. First solution is that to stop having unhealthy food, the workplace should built a centine for serve healthy food to their employees. As a result, those job holders can maintain their health and also they can concentrate in their work. The second solution is that the government should aware all individual by making some television ads and social media. Also the parents should aware than them from their child hood time. The consequences will be fine for this convenience solution. The remaining solution is that government shall set few restriction for using cooking oil and sugars, they should set the limit that they how much use it. If this will be happed happen the consequences will be fine.

To sum up, unhealthy food can be dangerous for human body. The growing rate of numerous disease are responsible for having unhealthy food. However, this controversial problem will solve if they follow steps which is written on the paragraph. I could say, to make a healthy body and mind, they must eat healthy food.
