Many people say that their lives change all the time; while this can be a positive thing, there are others who prefer stability and find comfort in routine. Today, I would argue that both change and consistency have their merits, and it is unjust to dismiss either perspective outright.
On one hand, some people believe that life should remain constant. In my view, many individuals fear change in their daily lives, often because of past negative experiences. They worry for various reasons about the potential consequences of making alterations. For instance, some wealthy individuals desire to keep their lives the same because they are afraid of returning to poverty. This fear can also be seen in many public figures who worry about losing their status.
On the other hand, I side with those who believe that it is unfair to suggest that constant change is always beneficial. Many people crave routine and stability in their lives. In my opinion, if a person’s life does not change, they may become bored and dissatisfied. Furthermore, life does not unfold in a predictable rhythm, regardless of our desires.
In conclusion, I cannot state that change is always positive. However, I can assert that embracing change can help people become stronger and more resilient. Life is indeed a journey with its ups and downs.
