The amount of people believe that government should make public transport better than build new harbour. I agree with this statement, because in urban cities more ecological problems due to more vehicles and it will appear traffic jams.
Firstly, in the world have hard problems like pollution of air. The main reasons is co2 which is get out of machines. Going with transports such as bus,train it is more convenient and cheaper. For example in Kazakhstan every house has 2 or more cars and it requires oil and gases.
Secondly, nowadays in the city more traffic jams rather than other countries. More having cars is economically critical situation if you use public transport it will have well influence to economy. It help government earn more money,traffic jams will reduce. For example: Britain is popular with their big and red bus and they has a limit of selling cars. In our country cars came from different countries with different prices. It causes traffics, in daily life to return to house you should stay in traffic around 1-2 hours.
In conclusion: it is better to support public transports instead of roads.
