Many people today are not sufficiently prepared for the workforce after graduating from school. What are the main reasons for this problem, and what can be done to better prepare students for employment?
Nowadays, most graduated students are not prepared sufficiently for job areas. The driving reason behind this trend is do not provide university students with experienced lessons and creating a new education system which contains both lectures and experienced lessons can be a solution for this problematic issue.
Over the recent years new graduated students has been suffering to find an available job and demonstrate better performance in their fields. The reason why this happen is students do not have an access to workforce on university years; and after graduating from university despite they have sufficient knowledge on certain subject, lackness of working experience make an obstacle for progression in career. Additionally, enhancing students for knowledge acquisition is an aim of most educational institutions. An educational system is prioritized to give only lectures to students and this hinder to enter the labor market for individuals.
The best solution for this phenomenon would be creating new lessons for hands-on experience. University should prepare students for employment by provide them with practiced lessons. Moreover, gaining new information through discovery and exploration is a better way both recollect them in brain and impose in work. To give a prime example, In Cambridge university students be utilized by practice lessons which assists humans to be more successful in each workplace.
From what have been discussed above, we may conclude that do not having an opportunity for working during the university years lead to confusion at entering workforce; however, providing students both lectures and hand on experience is the best way for preventing this problem.
