Band 5+: many people today spend too much time on their smartphones.What problems does this cause and what solution can be suggested?

All-in-one devices has became already quite commonplace on modern society. I firmly believe that it composed of negative and positive impacts on peoples’ menthal and physical well-being.

While some people waste too much their valuable time by scrolling through posts on online social media or pop-up ads, others widely argued that it may revolutionize the way we keep engaged. Not only it overall contributes to pyschological functioning, but also it can actually pave the way for get distracted by notifications. For instance, when I was high-school studious student, I was tend to get addicted to the screen which, leads to excessive online gaming.

Although, significant drawbacks of this trend, a minority of members of society typically avoid it by turn off social media alerts. For example, top-of-the-line universities like Harvard, Oxford or Stanford, highly-competitive students predominantly, set reminders. Additionally, they ocassionally, try to maintain a digital balance due to escape from quite time-consuming. Moreover, one of the crucial and possible solution is that acts of outdoor activities can be useful for reduce number of neuronical disorders, as well as many raising generation find it allows them avoid from menthal fatigue. In fact, it was proved when aspiring scientists was undertaking researches, thus we are apt to use this method on our daily basis.

To sum up, excessive application of indespensible online devices or digital platforms would be detrimental to health, which may challange our brain with unimportant informations. Controversely, one the other hand, many youngesters able to decline overrelience on mass media by obssessed with balanced-lifestyle, such as decreasing use of too versatile technological advancements or training with engaging sport games.
