It seems to me that there are many reasons that students choose to attend school or universities outside their home countries. These reasons are different from student to student. However, in my opinion that there are two main reasons. The students study aboard because they can gain many valuable experiences in new specialties from staying outside their home countries. They want to improve their range of vision and language skill especially English language.
Firstly, they can learn to live alone in another country. They also have an opportunity to learn the culture and living style of the people in that country. In addition, they have a chance to meet other students who come from different places. It is often said that these experiences are the valuable experiences in new specialties which will be useful for them in the future.
Moreover, the students can improve their language skill especially English. Some students go to study aboard such as America and England in order to study English language. This is because English is the international language now. We will get less or no communication problems when we go aboard if we can speak English.
To sum up, some students study board because they believe that they will gain many valuable experiences in new specialties, which cannot be found in studying in their home countries. Some of them need to improve their English language skill as well.
