There is a controversial argument for banning the news related serious crimes because of individuals terrifying and motivating criminal activities. I disagree with this statement as media spread awareness in society, for example people get updates about the unauthorize activities and discourage criminal activities through media.

There are plenty of reasons why media should cover abusive crime news on Television, radio and newspaper. First, the media shows the exact crime scene like what the location, who did that, and the way they execute the crime which are pivotal for individuals as they are aware of criminals and what kind of prevention they should need to take if they face this kind of situation in the future. For instance, recently in the tourist place Kasmir, criminals kill innocent people through gun firing. Therefore, the media give information about that location and incident, so people can avoid this place to visit for a while.

Furthermore, the media fails the unauthorized works through regularly showing crime scenes and if they are involved in unlawful activities, how harsh they punish. The media and social media always render some rules and regulations regarding crimes. For example, if criminal stoles somethings: money and gold, they should have punishment regarding jail and fines. There are numerous rules for distinct crimes. Hence, they avoid criminal activities because of fear.

To conclude, spreading violent news is not only useful for people as they gain proper information about their society, but also criminals alert about their unlawful activities because of harsh punishment
