Firstly, the ban of phone use at school can ensure the quality of learning. Many students have difficulty focusing on studying and acquiring knowledge, especially when spending too much time on scrolling, playing video games and engaging in social media. As a result,they fail to gain a wide range of knowledge after being exposed to entertainment activities on the phone, teachers also face significant challenges in grasping the subject performance of each student. Therefore, it could lead to poorer academic performances and develop a habit of relying on their phones when doing homework or taking exams
Moreover, prohibiting students from using phones strengthens connections within school relationships. Students today are struggling with psychological issues or self-confidence at home and this is also true for school if there are no strict measures to restrict students’ use of mobile phones at any time. As a consequence, spending less time on phones can boost the closeness between students with their teachers or peers, increasing teamwork efficiency and developing the habit of interacting with others. For this reason, it helps much in the future, when students not only have a solid knowledge base but also have strong interpersonal skills.
In conclusion, restricting the use of mobile phones leads to an efficient learning environment and enhances relationships between students. I believe this ban is completely vital to create order and discipline in schools.
