In this contemporary era, children are developing health problems which previously used to be meant for adults. One of the most prevalent one is obesity. There are several causes behind this phenomenon as well as some viable solutions to this which will be elaborated further.
Some health disorders such as obesity and anxiety were meant for adults only, but nowadays, children are prone to these ailments as well. One of the root causes behind this is that due to the fast-track lifestyles, parent cannot manage to make home-made foods, which are mostly healthier than fastfoods, for their children to take along with themselves to school. Therefore, they tend to buy fastfood or processed food with high fat and sugar and consume it as snacks between their class schedule. These alternations will have adverse effect on youngsters, leading to obesity in the long-run. Moreover, because of the strict deadlines at school and bombarding with unuseful information, children are more likely to get mental disorders than before, ending up to anxiety or depression in their later life.
However, some practical solutions can be pursued by parents and their school teachers in order to remedy the situation. Primerily, parents should allocate more time to prepare home-made food which contains more healthy ingredients than the one they buy outside. Consequently, they can prevent their children to consume unhealthy snacks at school. Furthermore, college instructors have to help their student with their projects and try to calm their down by implementing games in their school curriculem. Alternatively, parents should provide assistance to their children while doing their homeworks. These activities will secure youngsters physical and mental well-being in the long run.
In conclusion, although poor nutritional food and daily tensions let children to develop a disease, parents and teachers can undertake some actions to remedy the situation for not letting their child to be overwhelmed.
