While modern technology is very common in most workplaces, it also has a significant impact on the changes in the working process, providing beneficial opportunities to make it easier at certain stages. However, relying totally on technology may lead to profit loss and negative consequences in terms of data storage.
First and foremost, implementing innovative technologies into working spaces simplified dramatically routine paperwork and even replaced the need of making complex calculations or reports by people, offering specialized tools that only require filling out the correct data. Furthermore, in my opinion it changed the way people distribute their work, plan and conduct their meetings and collaborate into teams. For instance, nowadays due to technological advancement we have various opportunities and sufficient resources to optimize every business, including small ones and famous giant corporations, by incorporating online working format and saving money on renting offices.
Nevertheless, businesses should always be aware of technical interruption or failure, as it may lead to negative consequences in terms of finances, customers’ trust and their position in the market. For example, one of the possible solutions is to have a prepared plan on how to save their data and prevent the stopping by adjusting to the situation and implementing another technology. Moreover, personal intelligence is not replaceable by any advanced tool or device, so the main responsibility should be carried by management staff.
In conclusion, I believe that even though modern technology may have its drawbacks, It makes our lives substantially easier and more optimized, consuming less time, resources and even employees. Additionally, modern fluctuating conditions demand to have backup options in case of any emergency that sometimes negatively affect not only businesses, but also the whole economy of the country.
