Rapid urbanisation in the modern area has led to a search in the number of increased high rise residential apartments. However,many people still choose to reside in an independent house. In my view benefit of living in a house overshadows is drawbacks and the reasons are explained in the following paragraphs.
To commence with, the most significant advantages to living in the house is the abundance of space and its efforts. A house has so many facilities like backyard, parking area and children play ground. Moreover, it would be comfortable to live in your own house in addition it is convenient and safer for them. For example, in my hometown most of the people are living in independent houses.
To add further, another benefit live in a house ,it provides privacy and personal freedom. They did not need to share walls with neighbours . Some individuals want their own space ,they don’t like to share corridors,lifts and other facilities. For instance, people can carry out their cultural ceremony without paying any extra rent.
On the other hand,the main drawbacks to living in house is it was very expensive. The amount of land,construction are very costly rather than buying apart at the same price. Furthermore, in an apartment the cost and responsibility would be shared. To exemplify, in Ahmedabad the price of one house is 18,00,000 but at the same price they can buy 3 apartments.
In conclusion, the main benefit of living in a house is personal space and privacy. However, most of the required houses are very costly but apartments are most affordable. I believe that advantages living in a house outweigh disadvantages.
