It is an irrefutable fact that, competition is increasing day by day in men and women for the well- qualified job. Some citizens believe that females are more creative than the males and organisation has to accept some percentage of women while other argues that in sometimes female has to leave job for some circumstances. This essay will have glance on both the aspect further.
To dive into the topic, firstly, I am standing up with the former view that, companies has to accept the large proportion for the women, females are more creative than the males, because many boys shows no interest in the work but always keen in self- employed business thats why the girls work with more dedication and hardwork and provide creativity, as a result, more females are employed for the higher level position and no discrimination will occur, for example, 10 percent of companies accept women for the high post.
Secondly, flipping to the other side, I disagree with the later view, sometimes females has to leave job for certain reasons, if a girl is worling in the organisation, then she has to leave jobs because of marriages thats why females shift to the other areas and find new place for the work, as a result, this create a loss to the company, however, they only accept males because they stay for longer time.
Taking everything into account my foregone conclusion is that, accepting males in a large number for the higher level position in the company but these organisation should also give an opportunity to prove.
