In developed countries, most of the renowned Companies top level Positions are filled by male workers, although half of the workforce are lead by women. Some believe that certain Proposition of Positions should be alocate for female. This essay totally disagree with the statement because it will create discrimination and prevent to create better work places.

Reserve a certain proportion of high level Position for women should create discrimination in the work places. This is because when a company book a seat for any female workers, a hard working and well deserve men not get their desire position in their dream company. As a result most of the male workersfeel pessimistic and not get a chance to be more productive. For example, In Bangladesh, 10%, position is reserve for women workers in any kind of government jobs. So in every year public protest for this quota system to diminish discrimination.

Furthermore, fixed position for female employees also create bad atmosphere in perticular working area. This is because when an opposite gender of male workers, who are recruit a power of quota, are always pook by other peers. Some People such as male employees feel that women are not capable for this place and also think they are only here because of reservation system.Consequently, it creates major problem in working zone such as bad behaviour, conflict with different issue, and less communication with each others. For instance, most of the developing countries company, employee like female, who are fixed their position in reservation system always ignore by others colleagues.

In conclusion, although, both male and female workers is very important part for a company to become successful, but i think reservation of certain number of position for female is not the proper way a of recruitment.

In many developed nations, women constitute a significant portion of the workforce—often over half—and yet they occupy far fewer top-level positions than men.
