More people believe that financing improvements to the quality of life on our planet is more important than performing space-related discoveries. I mostly agree with this statement.
Regarding the advantages of exploring space, life conditions on Earth have been increasingly decaying in recent years. This is because Elon Musk and American society, which are the richest person and government in his country, are performing discoveries about space. According to Elon Musk, “If we can explore another planet to live, our life condition could be better in that.” For example, he has been inventing new technologies with his colleagues day by day, financing a huge amount of money to the SpaceX project and learning about the life situation of other planets in order to surpass our lives in those.
I agree with those who argue that investing more money in the quality of life by societies is better than exploring space. This is because there are numerous significant issues on Earth that are related to the people and the environment, such as global warming, overpopulation, and deforestation. Thus, societies ought to address these problems by investing more, which is the reason why our life condition is getting worse. For instance, global warming can cause people who inhabit near the sea to be ruined by tornados and tsunamis, as happened to Australian villages in 2017.
In conclusion, although spending money on exploring space can lead to devising new planets, our life condition is getting worse with environmental issues now. This is because I believe that governments ought to spend more money on the quality of life.
