The integration of advancements in domestic chores has made life easier, enabling women to play dual roles, taking care of children and home side by side. While this trend has significant advantages, its disadvantages cannot be overlooked.
One main key aspect is that females who earn professionally improve the financial status of a family. Financial stability becomes better when females or mothers earn, resulting in a high quality of life. Consequently, children will get better healthcare, educational opportunities, and live a great life. Additionally, young ones consider them as role models in both personal and professional life.
However, there are some challenges that must be considered. Because of the work burden, sometimes working mothers do not pay attention to their child’s education. Moreover, due to a lack of time, misunderstandings arise and lead to broken relationships.
Taking all this into consideration, although professional women are more independent and financially stable, its disadvantages must not be overlooked. I am of the view that striking a work-life balance should be adopted.
