To commence , there are plethora of benefits of working from home. First and foremost, it saves time and money as employees do not need to go office which saves there plenty of time . Additionally, employees do not need to spend money on the fares of public transport and on petrol or diesel while using their own vehicle. Secondly, It also profitable for the employers as they have not any requirement to spend money on big land for the office. Nowadays, the prices of lands are exorbitant and the maintanence costs are also expensive.
Furthermore, the employees can also spend their time with their kith and kin which is becoming more crucial in this fast-paced hectic schedule. To exemplify, workers will be able to make their small personal commitments such as dropping off their children to school. Last but not least, telecommuting will decrease the environmental pollution at drastic rate. Because most of people will work from home which will decrease the emission of carbon dioxide in the surroundings as the usage of vehicle is reducing.
On the other hand, this progress has its own demerits. Firstly, the employees need one corner of their home to be reserved for their office work and undisturbed for meeting with their work commitments. Moreover, it is possible that the family members of the workers will not understand they not only physically present there but they have their own office work which is necessary to be done for their work productivity and well-being of the company. Lastly, it seems be boring for the employees to do work at same place at all the times.
