Employees are able to celebrate every occasion with families and friends without any hesitation. All of this bring efficiency in work. On the other hand, the disadvantages of this development is that it cause loss of social intercation among emloyees. As they spend most of their time in home among same people, they do not learn anything new. It also cause boredom due to sitting alone in room on the computer so long. While in offices they can do gossip with their colleagues along with working.
