In the recent world, parents are require to having their career, which is becoming as a popular norm of the modern society. Even though they could be independent in their personal finance, there are still some problem existing when both of them going to work. Due to that considerable issue, a lot of parents were wondering about the consequences and aware to think about resonable solutions.
From my perspective, it is safe to say that women are nowadays supposed to be equivalent or equal to men, who had their own right to chase for their hobbies or desires. Absolutely, a majority of wifes are decided to having a job not only for their ambitious but also to balance family’s economic. However, there would be some problems rising if the spouses put too much concentration on their jobs, instead of their family. For instance, one of the largest barrier which could make parents deny and neglect their employments is their children. These spouses, who having kids must put real effort in balance their life and work together. In this situation, children seemed to be lack of care or nurture if both of their mother or father did not keep an eye on them. Additionally, having agruments depends on their stress of working also not an exception. Gradually, it contributed a huge impact on the family connection and interaction later on in the future.
I believe that there was also many solution to solve this problem to maintain and enhance a quality life. Firstly, parents require to plan or distributed their time for jobs correctly so that they could spend more time for other things to do. Moreover, despite all of those difficult challenging, they should try to be more flexible when needed, so that the stress will definitely decreases either at home or in work places.
These days, both of the parents in many families having jobs, which is not a hard to deal problem if we could manage wisely. That’s why I predict that the amount of spouses go to work will continue to increase in the up coming years. Depending on the result of that problem, they may need to face and overcome some challenges. Fortunately, there are some possible solution that I have listed above which could act as a minor assist for those parents.
