Nowadays, many people waste a large amount of their free time watching movies and TV shows online rather than doing outdoor activities. From my perspective, this is a negative development on people’s health.
These days, people are wasting their free time on TV shows and watching movies. This development is negatively affecting people’s physical health. For example, instead of going out and doing physical activities such as running, walking, or playing basketball, people are sitting in their houses and spending their free time on television. This development leads to a a sedentary lifestyle, which is causing harm to the human body. In the long run, this advance makes society obese. We need to go outside and do some activities to enjoy our free time, which will beneficially affect our mental health. So, in our free time, we do not need to waste our time on TVs to watch series or shows. This is a detrimental thing in the long run.
However, this development also has a positive side. For instance, a person can spend time in front of the TV to watch movies, which helps maintain stable mental health. Sometimes we want to spend time on ourselves, and TV shows are the best way to do so. We can have a good time while watching our favorite movie series. However, if we spend most of our time watching TV series, this will also negatively influence our physical health. We have to strike a balance between those things.
To sum up, this advance has both negative and positive impacts at the same time on our lives. However, if we want to be much healthier, we need to do more outdoor activities.
