To begin with, this era is based on cutting-edge technology, and the progress of a country depends on their utilization of technology. Young people are more acknowledged about technology than elderly people. To illustrate, if employees from a government are cognizant of the advancement of the technology, and if they can implement their skills of technology on various sectors of the government i.e education, the country’s development would be accelerated. Japan is a classic example of this, where 80% of the total government employees are under 40, and their advancement as a country is note-worthy. As a result, development can be achieved if young people run government since they are more familiar with technology.
On the other hand, according to other individuals, it is not perfect for young people to conduct crucial departments of government, perhaps it is because of their lack of experience. This implies that as they do not have enough experience of enforcing big decisions, they may sometimes demonstrate immaturity when implementing any role in their country, which may result in the political riot or any type of turmoil, as well as they are not acknowledged regarding the mentality of all kinds of people because of their inexperience.
Overall, recruiting more and more young people in the government’s various sectors would be beneficial since they are less corrupted than the elderly people. This means young inhabitants are more conscious about the development of their country, and they usually possess a generous heart, which makes them kind towards the destitut residents of their nation. As a result, they pay more attention to the development rather than corruption. For instance, in Bangladesh, almost 90% of total government employees are above 50, and they were ranked third in the most corrupted nations list from the world, surveyed by the Guardian in 2022. Therefore, possessing the important sectors of the government may result in the progress of a nation.
