These days, it is a wide spread idea that a young generation prefers to into business for himself rather than being an employee. They think that starting up a company has a number of advantages over being a worker. I partly agree with this idea, but we should not forget that it also has several drawbacks.
There are some advantages of running a business. The main the benefit is freedom to make own decisions without being forced to do given job. Also, after being a boss you might have a room to be creative, which is not possible if you work as an employer In a large organization with others.
Also, with a combination of luck and new skills new business could take off. Then if the company is successfull young bosses could earn far more than a basic worker. For instance Bill Gates, who started up his own business at young age and became one of the richest businessmen in the world.
On the other hand, there is a big risk, failing after going into business. If your company is not able to gain market share, it might it runs the risk of going the bankruptcy. Also there is a major responsibility for keep your employees satisfied, give them salary and make a wise decisions. It cannot be ignored, business will always be in the back of boss’s mind.
To conclude, even though, there are some drawbacks of running business, such as, bieng overwhelmed and fail. I totally believe that having business at a young age will have more advantages than working for someone else.
