In today’s world, most young people must compete with older people for specific jobs. One of the significant issues is that younger people need to rival older people who have more experience, which means some young people fail to find work. There are some solutions to avoid these problems.
The freshmen are unable to find jobs in their career field due to heavy competition with experienced people, which causes unemployment among the younger peers. Although, it causes unrest in society and leads to problems such as crime. Moreover, because of unemployment, the young community is pushed into the dark world, which consists of stress and overthinking. On the other hand, if old people cannot be stable in their adequate financial stage, they are thrown into poverty.
One effective solution could be to fix the quota of jobs set for people over certain age groups and under certain people to avoid these competitions. Consequently, everyone can reach their most desired position. For example, divide the jobs by their particular qualifications and experience levels. One more unavoidable fact is that fixing certain retirement ages with social benefits for elders will allow them to retire without losing their standard of living.
In conclusion, younger people ought to compete with older people for the same job. The key factor in this issue is the need to compete with experienced people. It is difficult for them to find relevant employment in their field. In contrast, the efficient solution for the issue is that we should conduct some divided work to ensure that everyone can lead their lives in appropriate way.
