The debate over whether people should compete against each other or try to cooperate is a contentious issue. Many individuals belive that competition in elsewhere has a significant outcome, while others argue that we should try to cooperate more. This essay will discuss both perspectives before concluding that one is ideal.
On the one hand, competition has both advantages and drawbacks. Moreover, it also enhances the confidence and boost productivity. While people start competing against each other, they work hard to achieve better results. For example, while students compare their results with their peer, then they work hard to achieve a greater outcome than others. However, excessive competition can lead to negative outcomes, such as stress or a focus on winning over ethical behavior, which may harm relationships or well-being. Therefore, we should be concious about the negetive consequences of competition.
On the other hand, cooperation encourages teamwork and build a sense of unity which helps us to solve critical situations. Complex tasks, like scintific research and engineering projects require team work. For instance, when we work together rather than alone, we make fewer mistakes and it results in greater outcomes. Furthermore, if we work together, it can reduce frustration and fatigue because we can share our opinions with others. Overall, we should cooperate at school, at work and in our daily life.
In conclusion, although competition sometimes can lead to negetive outcomes, i believe that cooperation offers significant benifits because it encourages teamwork and reduces workload on individuals.
