I strongly believe that these scenarios can be resolved by enforcing some major steps. Employers should offer specific job role for the young employees so that both groups do not get mixed up and felt inferior to each other. No doubt, both young and older people are the assets and can prove themselves productive if they get hired for their expertise. Another probable solution is ensuring pension scheme for the old people so that they do not need to face competition with young employees, and live a healthy life.
