In recent years, the number of people adhering to Internet for purposes like communication, entertainment, amusement, academic has been surged. I strongly support the statement as a positive development.

Individuals are using Internet so that the complexness of life decrease and daily life will become easier. People around the globe are using internet for communication purpose that is exchange of information via social media like facebook, instagram, whatsApp, etcetera. The communication is revolutionised the way of life of peoples and lead to economic breakthrough. Additionally, Internet aid in entertainment and amusement purposes. The use of youtube, listening platform, watching platform like Netflix, etcetera which is possible through internet. It reduced the stress and promote mental wellbeing of human kind. The healing power of music had refreshed many minds among the nowadays stressed people. Internet had also contented the academicians by providing range of platform for learning like we can watch YouTube videos, online education tutorials and we can serfe internet for quest of knowledge and scan different articles for pursuit of wisdom and awareness. Internet has played a remarkable and irreplacable role in economic development through transparency, accountability, swiftness in development and its role of educating and amusing the normal people.

On the other hand untamed proliferation of internet has some repercussions also.The demerits of internet are like bombardment of fabricated and false information, playing games among youth, sticking of youth to internet for watching reels and etcetera. For instance,misuse of internet is ubiquitous nowadays in giving false and orchestrated data to support any propaganda by rich and influential people. Additionally, the algorithms of some app led individual to stick to the social media apps as such algorithms are preffered by individuals and thus leaving such interface will become difficult.

to sum up. It seems the positivity of internet surpasses the negativity of internet from the previous argument.
