Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

It is undeniable that unhealthy lifestyle is one of the most challenging issues in our current society. This essay will discuss the factors contributing to this trend and some solutions for this topic.

Firstly, one of the reasons which caused to have unhealthy lifestyle is due to the pressure of working adults. There is no doubt that all working adults dedicate most of their time in their work as they are afraid to be unemployed in this high-cost living society, which caused them not having enough time to exercise in their daily life and will affect their health. Secondly, the trend of social media tends to attract people’s attention after their stressful working time and it leads to insufficient sleeping time. Finally, junk food is cheaper and convenient for most people to consume as the brands have many brunches in one living area, providing different delivery or pick-up methods for consumers, which is actually ruining people’s health.

There are several solutions to solve this problem, one of the solutions will be the involvement of the government. The government plays a central roles in providing more job opportunities for unemployed people in order to reduce their pressure in life. Beside that, advertising the drawbacks of unhealthy lifestyle in the social media using different marketing skills are able to raise the public’s awareness effectively. For example, making a short clip with how the blue radiation affects people’s sleeping condition with innovative ideas are able to leave deep impressions for the technology users. In addition, by organising more exercise campaigns in most residential areas is promoting the public to take part in a healthier option for their life. In Singapore, it is shown that over 65% of their residents are choosing to exercise at least three times a week and consume healthier food resulting a longer life extend in five to eight years time.

In conclusion, there is no doubt that the pressure of working life, insufficient sleep and the popularity of junk food are the main reasons for people to choose an unhealthy lifestyle, but there are ways to solve this issue which includes the support from the government, marketing skills and organising more exercise campaigns.
