Band 5+: Nowadays, some parents put a lot of pressure on their children. Why do parents do this? Is this a positive or negative development for the children?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

In contemporary society, it is increasingly common to observe parents placing considerable pressure on their children. In the upcoming paragraphs, I shall talk about the reasons for this and how this is a negative development for children.

The competition to survive today has been increasingly predominant, thereby, making it extremely elephantine for the people today to sail through. Everyone wants to supersede and often feel compelled to ensure their children excel academically and professionally, beliving this will secure good future. This can manifest as pushing for top grades, participation in various extracurricullar activities, and early expert in various skills.Parents know about the harsh realities of the world and, therefore, exert pressure on their children to get them to sprint on the ways of life.

However, excessive pressure on children sometimes have negative impact on their health, because this pressure at time is unbearable for the sensitive mind of childrens to adopt it possitively. As per several surveys, such as tromantic and dynamics in households have made children suffer immensely, which even change the behaviour of children at their schools. This is certainly a negative development for the children and society at large.

Therefor, we can say that owing to the sense of revlary and uncalled competition, parents tend to be putting their children under pressure, which is harmfull for the well-being of childrens.
