It is increasingly common for young people to follow well-known people even though they fail to set a positive example. Although this trend has several benefits, I believe that it is largely negative development.
On the one hand, super stars are being adored by teenagers to look up to public figures. The main reason is that the distorted view of success on well-known people, which could make youngsters to become prioritised fame over their achievements. As a result, not only are not they able to normalize their undesirable behavior, but they also forget to respect each other.
Secondly, following famous individual’s rules can be negative on their attitudes. This is mainly because youth can adopt unhealthy lifestyle. For instance, if youth imitate the celebrity who is addicted to drugs, they face detrimental issues which could lead them to become a person affected by drug abuse. Consequently, the death rate will increase based on young people’s health.
On the other hand, admiring celebrates have a positive impact on their academic prospects. The major factor is that they would gain how to achieve their goals, which could make them to be successful in their field. For example, by observing their daily routine, can they get some motivation to study hard, which leads them to become more productive and concentrate better on their tasks. Furthermore, they would learn not to give up in poor conditions, especially in financial difficulties. As a result, they may be responsible for their social-life.
In conclusion, although it has some merit, I firmly believe that young people should be inspired not to trust luxury life by their parents, which could make them independent in making important decisions.
