With the professionalism of the staff, they can increase and even develop not only skills in different aspects but also the mental that may be necessary for them in the future. For example, the company might employ talented children to be employees, social workers, and other professionals when they want to enter the world of work. Moreover, the institute can be more flexible and innovative in taking care of the children. They have the freedom to implement creative programs that might be needed for orphans in their care.
However, this can be an issue wherever they just utilize orphans conditions to make a profit. Furthermore, it could be worse when they are neglected in their care of the child. For instance, they can set the conditions for the children to become pitiable to get attention from tourism to handle the donations that have already been given. Instead of being the object of finances, the child can be a slave by the staff to do some duties without taking care of them.
