One group of people believe that university education is a golden ticket to a bright carreer. On the contrary, there are people exist who are leaned towards gaining the work experience and consider it more valuable then professional degree. My very first argument is that while students are in the development phase, and doing their degree from a university. They should start gaining the professional experience that will help them after their graduation. For instance, individuals who were only focusing on their degree untill the completion of degree, they only have it with no experience at the time job searching. On the other side of folks, will have degree with an ample amount of work experience in the industry that will make them stand out in the crowd.
Second prominent benefit that they could have is, they would be earning; they could bare their own daily and educational expenses. In any case, if a person not able to afford the education or their finances/funds are shrinking rapidly, then a part time job in the same field of education or somewhere else might give them financial cushion. However they might faced hard time during their university days, that ultimately result in promising career and student loan free life.
one proportion of population also think that university credentials are the only best route for thriving carreer. They agrue that all the good organization ask for degree or formal eduation for the job, but I think otherwise, in this era, professional experience have more weightage then degree itself. There are companies actually fund their employees’ education. they might hire early professionals and shape their carreer as per the industrial requirements.
In my final words, i would again restate that in the developing era, professional skills and experience are more demanding then a degree alone. every individual should focus on some real skills before start their formal carreer journey.
