In every countries, people increased day by day. So people needs home. In my opinion owning home is better then renting one. Now a days every meterial prices are high so its very difficult for people to build a home beside in every country land prices are also high. For this problem maximum people lived in renting homes. Owning house is a parmanent but renting house have no future. When you have no money you have to left this renting home. To build a home people have to face many problem for example, some people have financial support but they have not enough time to spent time in a building. In the other side some people have enough time but they have not enough money to build a house. For this resions people live in renting home.
Owning home always better then renting home in every countries. Because it’s a assets for future where renting home have no future. In owning home every one lived freedomly but in renting home they have no freedom. People can decorated their owning home as their wish but they cannot do this in renting. In renting house people spent lot of money which have no feed back but owning home safe our money. Owning home in village is better than city. Because in village every foods prices are low so people can buy their daily using products easyly.
In concution, My oppinion owning home is more better than renting home. People should build a own home for their because renting home is not permanent.
