At present, the comparison between past and present lives has elicited considerable debate among the general public alike. Certain proponents strongly believe that individuals were happier before, whereas others argue that they are living flexible lives today. In my opinion, I firmly agree with the statement because of access to improved medical facilities and breakthrough technologies today, both of which have profound implications on area of society and daily life.
First and foremost, flexible access to health care centers plays a crucial role in supporting the belief that medical facilities are more prominent today. Since plenty of healthcare institutions have been developed in various areas at present, people do not have to stress about not being able to reach healthcare institutions during medical emergency. A clear example of this can be seen in pregnant women, where they can immediately commute to nearby hospitals during abrupt medical urgency. Moreover, not just health care centers, but availability of remote medical professionals have also been introduced at present. This clearly projects the easiness and convenience of people today.
In addition, use of technologies in diverse sectors of life further strengthens the argument in favor of people living superior lives today. A notable example of this is a case study which illustrates that the involvement of technology in the everyday lives of pupil such as online learning, the use of Artificial Intelligence at work, and instant global communication is inevitable. Additionally, the integration of technology has refrained the everyday errands of human life from being murky.
To sum up, the discourse surrounding the easiness of lives of people yesterday and today remains a widely debated subject. However, with careful consideration it is evident that the life of people was not as straightforward as it is today primarily because healthcare facilities and technological advancements have only become prominent in recent times.
