It is often occurs that people maintain occupation earlier to establish career path. This approach is more effective to achieve work satisfaction rather than alter jobs frequently. In my opinion, completely agree with this notion due to the fact that laborers will obtain certain salaries every month and job promotion from companies. Furthermore, job promotion also play contribute for individuals who consistantly work in a company. The rationale behin this is that if employees work for a long time, they will be promoted by companies to be a leader. By enjoying their position, they will get a satisfaction feeling in office.
