There is a view that people are choosing a early career path in their lives and they do not give up on it in an attempt to find a satisfying working life, unlike other kinds of people who often change their jobs. I strongly agree with this notion for several reasons.
Increasing revenue and reaching to childhood dreams can be the main motives why people should choose their career path earlier. For a start, people who work in teaching field for a long time, for approximately 20 years, can acquire a high amount of experience during the work period. For example, the majority of expert tutors are obtaining well-paid salaries in education areas around the world since they are gathering extraordinary knowledge and experience. In other words, they can live more meaningfully through expanding their personal income, such as traveling to countries, or purchasing their favorite items and others. Moreover, the majority of young people often set goals related to their future occupations, including becoming professional or senior workers in the workplace. If their childhood wishes were to turn into real life, this would lead to finding work satisfaction, I consider.
Professional network and stability are the main causes why people need to start their careers early. Firstly, if people worked in a workplace, they can make numerous new acquaintances in the workforce. For instance, they can ask for advice about work or celebrate holidays with them, which helps them feel more freedom, or happier, even satisfaction in life. Secondly, regular jobs do not require several kinds of rules throughout the period. This can be a good example, if people worked multiple works, they need to follow a various rules related to occupation. In essence, this usually creates extra depression, anxiety, and stress, which leads to a number of health problems among people. I believe.
In conclusion, changing jobs often leads to facing distraction and health issues throughout the work period, yet employing a long period in a single field helps workers to find a satisfying work life, in my opinion.
