Punishment of criminals is a lengthy legal process that can sometimes take years because not all crimes are the same each crime is considered on a case-by-case basis. Lawyers think that the best solution to the crime’s punishment is the prison. I completely agree with this opinion and think that everyone who commits a crime should go to jail.
First of all, I believe that everyone same before the system of law and if someone does something wrong ( reverse to law) it must be taken responsibility. For example, from the beginning of time, humans have seen revenge as a valid form of punishment. In other words, the prison punishment was often doled out by the victim of a crime as an attack or payback.
Secondly, If all people do lawlessness without punishments, it would destroy our world. For example, as I mentioned, all crimes are not the same each crime. There are multiple types of unlawful acts (one is violence and the other is theft, etc). If lawbreakers continue to do all this with impunity, it will do huge harm to us and our planet.
Thus, the advantages of prisons are that keep world safety, and violators will be held accountable and punished by law.
