Taking a nap is a beneficial priority for a lot of young people. I entirely agree with that statement because a quick nap can help them relieve stress and promote creativity.
On the one hand, many young adults refer to napping as a way to reduce anxiety. There is a large amount of pressure on their shoulders, from studying to working and making a living. Therefore, taking a short nap is one of the ways to escape those daily burdens and not to be consumed by them. This is also the chance for their body to rest peacefully shortly before showing up to important tasks again. That is why many young Vietnamese workers and students, in particular, choose to nap over anything else after lunch.
On the other hand, creativity can also be enhanced while they are in their sleep. One explanation for this assumption is that when teenagers take a nap, not only can they feel less anxious, they may also wonder about their difficulties and how they can tackle them. As a result, slowly but surely, they might come up with novel initiatives and solutions to their challenging problems which, in turn, boost their confidence to carry on their responsibilities. There are some young inventors, for instance, who produced brilliant ideas while they were napping and made their dreams come true to help mankind evolve.
Overall, I radically agree that taking a nap is valuable for young people owing to stress reduction and the freedom of creativity.
