For instance, giving huge salary fosters their motivation to achieve even more goals. Further to this, second significant upside is the privilege of having the opportunity to donate money, thanks to high earnings. This is evident in events where celebrities like Ronaldo and Messi donate millions of euros to various charities. However if they had less money, they would not be able to give such large amount of help. Nevertheless, despite these pros, significant drawbacks cannot be overlooked.
The primary factor tipping the scale towards disadvantages is the ego in stars of sport and movies, which primarily occurs as a result of prolonged availability of huge amount of money, often leading to consequences where celebrities no longer respect ordinary people. Building on this, another major flaw is the absence of motivation, as a direct result of being rich, often leading to even worse consequences, as they stop their phase of hard work.
All things considered, it becomes clear that the potential risks, such as ego and long term negative effects on motivation to achieve new goals surpass the advantages, making it more harmful than beneficial.
