Rich countries must help the underdeveloped states in time of great need like natural disaster. I agree with it because wealthy nations have more resources and spending few of them will create a good image on other countries and they will make a good bond with poor country which in return can benefit them with things they have to offer.
The developed countries have plenty of resources which are more than enough for them even if they encounter any mishap. If they will give some portion of it for the help of humanity in the struggling states during the time of need they will lose nothing, and would not cause any difference in their resources, but the needy states, they will stand up on their feet. This act will engrave a positive image of state on other states and they will also help needy near them, which will eventually form a good world.
Providing certain states with humanitarian relief will form a good bond between the two nations. The lower ones will build a sensation to give something to the ones who helped them. Since, they do not have resources but have plenty of manpower, which will be a cheap labour for rich states. Poor ones can also sale their lands for mining, which at the end of the day will be fruitful for both.
In conclusion, I agree with the developed states providing relief to underdeveloped ones, when affected by natural problems, as it will give a good image of giving one and will motivate others. And both can do trade eventually benifiting both, espacially the richer one.
