In this modern society, elders have given children strings of their career at early childhood. While some believe school authorities should decide the curriculum of younger ones at the institution. I also stand with the latter statement and this essay will depict both statements.
Freedom to choose is the first basic human right of every individual, whether it is a child or an adult. Little one’s should also have their say in choosing their favorite subjects. It is worth considering because it will help them invest wholeheartedly in their favourable course. For instance, if child is amused by singing, he or she can make career in music industry. Consequently, leading them on upper heights in their upcoming age.
Meanwhile, early age comes with minimal knowledge and zero experience. Many argue stating how a minor can foresee challenges that he can experience after making wrong decisions. The school is the learning hub that shows the right path to everyone at early age and teaches children discipline. If given a chance, children will avoid main themes such as mathematics, leaving a child with no information on simple math.
Therefore, I reckon that institutions’ syllabus criteria should be in the hands of seniors with much intelligence and skill. It helps children gain mandatory info about issues, along with giving them the right to choose their preferable extra-curricular subjects like music, art, and languages.
