While some individuals believe that students should spend more of their time on participating in sports at school due to physical well-being, others advocate that they should put more emphasis on academic excellence. In my opinion, striking a balance between academic rigor and physical education is crucial because both of them are equally indispensable.
Firstly, if students prioritize their core subjects, not only will they enhance their cognitive skills, but also they will be more likely to achieve their academic plans. Secondly, math and other crucial subjects consume most students’ time due to its challanges. In addition, math and phsycique make up around 80% of academic fields in universities. As a result, physical execrising may not take place in students’ life.
On the other hand, pyhsical-health plays a key role in person’s life. No sooner do students start refusing to exercise and prioritze their academic performence than they will complain about having a back pain, and neck pain. According to BBC reports, 50% of students who neglected their pyhsical well being suffered from serious problems such as osteoporoz and obesity during their adult lives. Furthemore it may even help to alleviate academix stress
In conclusion, physical well-being plays a crucial role in overall well-being. Striking a balance between academic performence and pyhsical education may contribute to longevity
