School education is very important for a student’s future as it is the place where foundation of student’s academic and interpersonal skill development is build. I strongly believe that both government and teachers plays an important and different role to achieve a perfect learning process.
First of all, the Government’s job it to prepare the standard curriculum of the schools in a country, assuring that all children receieved a uniform education. Government is the one who decide on what to include inside of each stage of learning to improve the study process of the students. For example, subjects included in elementary school should have Mathematics, Science and Art. Therefore, the govenment should decide the minimum level of depth in each subjects. Without the governement support, the school academic quality throughout the country may be vary
On the other hand, the role of the teachers is delivering the subject materials to the peers as well as making sure they understand what are they learning. Teachers should find the perfect way to teach the students, either through a formal study or games in order to study effectively. As mentioned before, schools arenalso a place to improve interpersonal skill where it is the teachers responsibility to teach academic skill and life compentancy of their students. Moreover, each individuals has different talent and lack. Thus, teachers should improve the lackness of a student and sharpen the talent to that they could achieve their goal in the future.
In conclusion, the government and teachers should work together on organizing the school study materials and take responsibility on their role to achieve excellent teaching and learning quality for the society.
