Due to varieties of wars that the world faced and colonization, there are huge differences between countries. From Asia to America, from Africa to Europe, every continent has its own issues related to how well people live. The most problematic part is called the third world, and this includes countries where governments did not manage to guarantee high standards of life.
Nowadays, there are states able to sustain the world economy, for instance, the USA or the majority of Europe or East Asia, like China and Japan. These are wealthy nations thanks to their recent history. They managed to develop technologies, or their citizens started companies that gained a lot of money and success. Other countries instead used their natural resources like oil or gas. If we consider the Greek mindset of loving other humans, wealthy nations should share what they have among poorer nations. This is also because, if we look at world history, we could learn that some countries stole incredible things that other nations made over the years. For example, I believe that it is unfair that a part of the most important building of Greece is in a museum in London. Due to this, Greece cannot develop its tourism more. France invaded a part of Africa as well; in fact, a lot of minerals are taken from these places and sold. So, according to moral aspects, nations which based their wealth on other countries should help poorer people by providing food or education.
If we consider non-democratic countries where there is a dictator, I think that in these cases there are not the possibilities to obtain help from other nations. In this case, only the government has to guarantee a fair quality of life, but sometimes this does not happen because, for a dictator, having a poor country is useful to control all the citizens.
In conclusion, I think states should help each other as much as possible because we are all humans with a lot of differences but with the same heart and brain.
