This is because better roads and highways can make the city more attractive to not only foreign tourists but also international investors. For instance, a city with street lights installed everywhere may seem safer and more attractive than one without them. This not only ensures safety for pedestrians and drivers but also reflects the country’s prosperity. Therefore, I personally believe that investment on roads and highways is more beneficial.
