Climate change is a serious issue in today’s world. Some people think we should take action to stop it, while others believe it is better to accept the changes and find ways to live with them. This essay will discuss both opinions and explain why I believe both approaches are necessary.
On the one hand, many people believe that we must fight climate change because it is caused by human activities. For example, using too much fossil fuels like coal and oil makes the Earth warmer. If we don’t stop it, there will be more floods, wildfires, and other disasters. People in this group think we should reduce pollution, use clean energy, and protect forests. In their opinion, stopping climate change is the only way to save the planet in the long term.
On the other hand, some people believe that climate change is already happening and cannot be stopped completely. They argue that we should learn to live with it instead of trying to change it. For instance, cities near the ocean can build walls to stop flooding, and farmers can grow plants that need less water. This group says that changing everything to stop climate change is expensive and sometimes not realistic.
In my opinion, both sides have good points. I believe we should do our best to reduce climate change, but at the same time, we also need to prepare for its effects. That way, we can protect the environment and also stay safe in case things get worse
