In recent years, many businesses have found that their new employees lack basic interpersonal skills, such as cooperation and teamwork. This issue can have a negative impact on the workplace and in this essay, I will discuss the causes of this problem and suggest some possible solutions.

The lack of interpersonal skills in new employees can be attributed to various factors.

One significant cause is the change when employees are do not live in a close-knit family, and they are do not enjoy valuable time together when they were young. For example, shared meal times, which play a crucial role in shaping a child’s personality, is are more and more uncommon. Additionally, schools often place more emphasis on individual academic excellence than on teamwork. This focus on individual achievement means that students may not develop the necessary social skills to be effective team players later in life.

There are a number of viable solutions to address this problem. To begin with, Firstly, companies could organize activity weekends where employees participate in team-building games. These activities can help employees develop the cooperative skills and knowing each other well. In addition, companies could establish clear guidelines that highlight the value of teamwork and communication. By giving new employees tasks that require working together, they can slowly develop the social skills needed to succeed at work.

In conclusion, the lack of social skills in new employees is mostly due to changes in family life and the education system at school. However, by organizing team-building activities and setting clear rules at work, businesses can help their employees develop these important skills and become better in the future
