This could lead to destruction of the world or might result in massive traffic jam in big cities if people do not use bicycles.
To tackle this problem people should go to work by cycles, not their automobiles. The citizens who ride this transport do not pollute atmosphere and the government think that this transport system is better for country. This may be the easiest and so the best way to spent money on cycles and give people free in spite of cars or buses.
