Personally, I partly agree with this opinion as I perceive that these tools can help us in many challenging tasks and optimize working process, though there is a concern of overreliance

With the help of artificial intelligence providing appropriate solution and ideas in short-time, workers can prepare and arrange the solution more quickly and precisely. As a result, many struggles can then be effectively addressed through this collaboration. Another advantage is optimization of working process. Automation can help tracking progress and checking precision automatically, allowing employees to allocate their time and resources to each section. Consequently, these systems can help people with small tasks, saving them more time and efforts caring themselves and increasing working productivity.
Admittedly, the existence of artificial inteligence and automation can also lead to overreliance. Due to its convinience, many people misuse it as a second brain relplacing them to complete their work without any effort of thinking and assessing. Overtime, this phenomenon cause the erosion of critical thinking and the independent working ability. Therefore, this leads to the excessive dependence of assistance in workers.
